The Christmas Advent Challenge Week 4: My Very Sparkling Christmas Look

Good morning beauties! It's -3 days to Christmas and things are getting heated! Christmas parties with friends and colleagues are over and the real deal is coming up!!! For the fourth and last week of The Christmas Advent Challenge the girls over at What's In My Bag and Consigli di Makeup challenge us to share our very sparkling Christmas Look. You can read the other posts for this challenge on The Perfect Red and Love, Hate and Wish products and my own Christmas Mood.

This look I wore at a work Christmas party with dinner and clubbing and therefore I wanted some drama but not too much craziness. The result is a gold and brown eye look, using my favorite gold shadow of all times - Urban Decay Half Baked - and a new gold glitter liner from Kiko that i saw on Lisa Eldrige's gift guide. I was wearing a new purple dress so I wanted to recall that color on my lips with the gorgeous MAC Rebel lipstick.

I apologize for the lighting in the pictures, but of course daylight hours in this time of the year are really too few. Here are all the products I used:

Face:
  • Kiko Mat Base Primer
  • Kiko Unlimited Foundation in WB30
  • Bourjois Healthy Balance powder
  • Kiko Golden Game Sculpting Bronzer
  • NYX Powder Blush in Blushing Rose

Eyes:
  • E.l.f. Cosmetics Eyelid Primer
  • Maybelline Color Tattoo in Eternal Gold
  • Lorac Pro 2 Lt. Brown as transition shade
  • Urban Decay Naked 2 Half Baked on the lid, Snakebite in the crease
  • Lorac Pro 2 Cocoa in the outer V and the lower lash line
  • Kiko Hypnotic Gaze gold eyeliner in the inner corner (AMAZING!!!)
  • Maybelline Master Drama eyeliner in brown
  • Lancome Hypnose and L'Oreal Telescopic waterproof mascaras

Brows and lips:
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Chocolate
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel
  • Kiko Automatic Precision Lip Liner in 511 Dark Magenta
  • MAC Cosmetics Rebel lipstick
This eye look can honestly go with any lip color and I would definitely use a red if I have a different outfit. I think I will wear something very similar for Christmas, minus the bold lip since I don't want to scare the in-laws and stain their napkins.

I hope you like the look, let me know what you think below!
